Blackberry Curve 8900 hits T-Mobile stores
T-Mobile has beaten O2 to become the first operator to range the new BlackBerry Curve 8900.
The device hit T-Mobile stores on Friday (December 12). Meanwhile O2 will stock it from January 5th and is offering customers the chance to pre-order it from December 22nd.
One T-Mobile staffer told Mobile:'We've had a few people come in and ask about it specifically but it hasn't attracted anywhere neat the kind of interest that the Blackberry Bold did.'
The BlackBerry Curve 8900 is the thinnest version of the Curve range at just 13.5mm thick, while onboard Wi-Fi, GPS and a 3.2-megapixel camera complete with auto focus, digital zoom and flash are the stand out features. However, one drawback of the device is that it lacks 3G.
The BlackBerry Curve 8900 is available for free on a £35 T-Mobile contract.
