Sony Ericsson's Voda marketing boss moves on

John Bernard, Sony Ericsson’s global marketing manager for Vodafone, is poised to leave the company.

Bernard is understood to be joining a global internet brand in the New Year.

He managed Sony Ericsson’s Vodafone account globally since starting in August 2007, and worked on exclusive launches such as the Havana Gold range of devices.

Bernard reported to the global Vodafone account manager Peter Marsden.
Prior to joining Sony Ericsson, Bernard worked at LG for three years, where he was involved in the launches of the Chocolate and Prada phones.
