Simon Lewis set to leave Vodafone

Vodafone corporate affairs director, Simon Lewis, is leaving the operator at the end of February.

Lewis does not yet have a job to go to but it is understood that he plans to stay in the industry and has already been in discussions with other companies. He has worked at Vodafone for four years.

Lewis’ departure comes amid a restructure at the operator’s corporate affairs department at group level.

Vodafone has now created a new external affairs group. Matthew Kirk, who was previously in a regulatory and public policy role, will be promoted to director of external affairs.
