Orange reduces incentives for retail staff selling high-end phones
Orange retail staff will make less money from selling high-end handsets as the operator has cut the staff commissions on its most expensive phones.
Staff will now be paid £1 in commissions on top-end handsets like the Samsung Pixon, instead of the £3 commission that they were previously paid.
An Orange spokeswoman said: ‘We regularly review the commission structure we pay our staff. The commission we pay on higher end handsets has simply been re-balanced, with commission moving to other handsets and business needs at present.’
