Best Buy chief marketing officer takes on TalkTalk role

Best Buy Europe chief marketing officer, Tristia Clarke, has been appointed to a commercial role at TalkTalk.

TalkTalk head of marketing David Pagliari is leaving the company, while Clarke will now take on responsibility for all sales and marketing activities for the group.

Pagliari, who joined AOL UK in 2003 before it was bought by Carphone Warehouse, left after Carphone integrated its AOL and TalkTalk broadband teams. It is not known if he has a job to go to.

Clarke was responsible for the launch of TalkTalk in 2003 and was marketing director at Carphone until she moved to Best Buy last year.
