T-Mobile gets exclusive on LG Arena in black
T-mobile has said it will have the exclusivity on the black colour of new LG flagship handset, the LG Arena.
The handset which was announced at Mobile World Congress in February will be used to endorse T-Mobile’s music downloads service, music jukebox.
T-Mobile UK head of handset and device marketing, Daniel Meredith said: ‘This phone is also top notch in terms of all-round performance and speed and it's perfect for accessing our Mobile Jukebox service which connects our music-loving customers to the artists, news and music they want, whenever and wherever they want.’
LG head of marketing mobile, Jeremy Newing said: ‘We designed the Arena with music in mind, placing a 3.5mm jack on the top of the handset and equipping it with an FM transmitter so our customers can play their tunes on any radio and even in the car.’
The handset includes; a five-megapixel camera, 8Gb internal memory, MP3 and video capability.
The touch-screen handset is expected in T-Mobile stores by the end of the month.
