Samsung's flagship Tocco Ultra Edition delayed to market by at least one week

Samsung’s flagship handset, the Tocco Ultra Edition, has been delayed to market by at least one week amid software problems.

The device was due for release last week but failed to materialise, frustrating staff at retailers such as Carphone Warehouse, Phones 4u and O2.

One Carphone telesales representative said: ‘We have no information on this phone as there has been a delay with it; we have been told there have been software issues.’

The ‘Ultra’ version (pictured) has a slide-out keyboard, an eight-megapixel camera and can hold up to 16GB of memory.
