Orange unveils new sales staff scheme

Orange is launching a new scheme for all of its sales agents – including telesales and retail staff.

It involves recruitment and training, as well as additional pay and rewards for staff that meet Orange’s goal of improving sales and customer satisfaction.

The scheme will also affect indirect agents that are selling Orange services.

The plan is being pushed by Jean-Pascal Van Overbeke (pictured), who took a new role covering sales and retention across all of Orange’s channels
in 2008.

Orange’s online, portal advertising, and b2b teams will also be part of the new ‘sales academy’.
