RIM to launch first European retail store in London
BlackBerry owner RIM is set to launch its first European retail store in Selfridges, London.
According to Pocket-lint.com, the RIM concession will be based in the Selfridges department store and run by Carphone Warehouse. It is due to open in the next few months and will be a dedicated area for BlackBerry with RIM staff on call.
The manufacturer currently has a number of retail stores in Canada, but has not yet tried the concept elsewhere.
Earlier this week, RIM announced a limited edition, yellow BlackBerry Bold (pictured) for Selfridges.
RIM declined to comment.
