Nokia announces three new phones
Nokia has unveiled three new phones today (15 June) to bolster its business and music brands and add more weight to its services portal, the Ovi store.

The Nokia E72 smartphone, 5530 XpressMusic, and the Nokia 3710 fold will be released in the third and fourth quarter of 2009.

The E72 smartphone is similar to its predecessor, the E71, with a QWERTY keyboard and email capabilities. In addition, it has instant messaging functions and will come with a built-in widget for Ovi services.

The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic touch-screen device includes shortcut keys to  social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace.

Meanwhile, the 3710 fold is a clamshell phone with a patterned fascia. Nokia said the handset will come with a ‘renewed’ interface and users will be able to access Ovi services from the phone.
