T-Mobile appoints new head of prepay marketing
T-mobile has appointed a new head of prepay marketing as it bolsters it pay-as-you-go offerings.
Helen Wylde will fulfil the role head of prepay marketing, a position which has been vacant since April when Chris Barrow left the role.
Wylde will report into Srini Goplan, who was recently appointed in the role of chief marketing officer.
Wylde moves to the job from a marketing role at Lloyds TSB. Previous to this she spent three years at O2 as head of corporate marketing and previous to that, six years at Vodafone.
Mobile recently reported that T-Mobile had bolstered its prepay offerings for its eight million customers with incentives which, include extra minutes and texts for topping up.
T-Mobile’s chief marketing officer, Srini Gopalan said: ‘T-Mobile’s pay as you go portfolio is going from strength to strength and Helen is the ideal person to continue this growth and create enticing propositions for our existing and prospective customer base.’
