100 Orange stores to be refurbished
Orange is refurbishing 100 of its stores across its 369-strong retail estate as part of plans to enhance its brand and improve customer service.
The network has had an ongoing programme of refurbishment and overhaul since Sian Doyle, head of retail, joined the company in 2006.
In 2007, it announced that 50 shops would be undergoing a makeover and if successful, the formula would be carried out across the rest of the portfolio.
The changes to the stores are part of a strategy to enhance the brand on the high street and improving customer experience.
This year, the company has opened 20 shops, bringing its total number of shops to 369. It will be adding 20 more by the end of the year.
