Nokia launches GFK customer survey on Comes With Music
Nokia has launched an email survey to all registered Comes With Music users in order to improve the service.
The research is being conducted by GfK NOP, an international market research company.
The manufacturers, unlimited music downloading service has come up against criticism from retailers who have said it has had a slow uptake in stores.
Last month Mobile reported that the manufacturer was set to introduce software to convert iTunes files to a Nokia format. It is hoped the software will address one of the main objections to consumers taking Nokia’s Comes With Music handset range. Retailers have said many people are not interested in Nokia’s service because they already have an iTunes account.
The Comes With Music service launched in Carphone Warehouse on the Nokia 5310 and was later available on the N96. The 5800 Comes With Music is currently exclusively available to Orange and Phones 4U.
The email states: ‘Nokia would like to invite you to complete a short survey to help them understand your opinions on Comes With Music. Your feedback is valuable to Nokia to aid the continual improvement and development of the services that they offer.’
