Jane Hext quits Vodafone customer services role to start consultancy business

Vodafone’s UK customer services chief, Jane Hext, has quit the business to set up her own consultancy business. It ends a 10 year career at Vodafone.

Her replacement will be Stefan Langkamp, who has been with the group for four years, and now takes on the role of ‘customer operations director’, taking full responsibility for all interactions with Vodafone’s UK customers.

Langkamp has most recently been heading up a group joint venture in India with three other operators for two years.

Prior to working for Vodafone he was with Dresdner bank for 20 years and three years at Siemens.
