LG unveils new Chocolate phone

LG unveiled the BL40 Chocolate – the follow up to its biggest handset of all time – this week (2 September).

The touch-screen device is free on a £35 per month contract with Orange, Vodafone and O2 and will be available this month.

The BL40 Chocolate is notable for its long, thin chocolate bar-shaped design, measuring 128x51mm. It offers 3G connectivity with HSDPA up to 7.2Mbps and a five-megapixel camera.

The original version of the LG Chocolate, the KG600, sold around 21 million units worldwide since its release in March 2006.
