Ingram Micro new UK MD steps down before starting

Ingram Micro’s new UK head, Pablo Suarez has stepped down from the position before starting in the UK.

Suarez had been managing the UK team remotely from Miami since June and was in the process of organising visas for his transfer to Milton Keynes.

He was due to take over from Julien Klein who left earlier this year. However due to ‘unexpected delays’, the new MD was offered a more attractive position in Miami and has decided to remain there.

Johan Vandenbussche, the former vice-president of Europe, will take the role of temporary UK managing director until a replacement is found.
