Huawei ships over 60m mobile broadband units worldwide
Huawei has announced that it has shipped over 60 million mobile broadband units worldwide. The products include dongles and data cards which it sends to over 133 countries.
According to a report by consulting firm ABI Research, Huawei has 55% of the global mobile broadband terminal market.
Huawei devices spokesperson, Glory Cheung said: 'This milestone highlights Huawei’s deep understanding of the operator business.
‘Huawei has proven its ability to focus on operators’ needs, provide differentiated customisation and deliver robust applications.’
The Chinese manufacturer recently announced, the Pulse, an Android phone in exclusive partnership with T-Mobile and also supplies dongles across the networks.
