T-Mobile promotes Oliver Chivers and appoints Max Taylor to grow business area
T-Mobile has promoted former head of business marketing Oliver Chivers to head of business acquisitions.
The move comes as the operator looks to grow in the business space.
Chivers will be tasked with ‘defining the channel strategy for all propositions’ and will be responsible for VSEs (very small enterprises) through online, telesales and retail, SMEs through direct and independent partners, as well as large enterprise customers, T-Mobile said.
Chivers is the third appointment in as many weeks, following the announcement this week that Vodafone’s Max Taylor (pictured) would take on the role of head of business marketing working alongside recently appointed head of business sales, Neil Pickersgill.
The three will be tasked with developing T-Mobile’s share of the business market.
The network is hoping to grow sales in the SME market as well as in the corporate and public sectors.
