Vodafone launches 2010 graduate scheme

Vodafone has announced that applications for its 2010 graduate programme will open in September next year.

There are 50 places available on the scheme and successful applicants will spend two months in a retail store before working in other areas of the company.

Trainees will have the opportunity to work in marketing, finance, HR, technology and customer service and, at the end of the year, the best graduates will be offered a permanent job.

Vodafone HR director, Matthew Brearley said: ‘We want to attract smart, internet-savvy people, who want to make a real difference by being part of our business.

‘We are looking for graduates who are passionate about customers, who will thrive in a dynamic environment, get involved, and add value.’
