O2 grows SME and corporate sales
O2 has grown its SME sales by 6% and its corporate sales by 3% during the last quarter, according to the network's business sales director Ben Dowd.

'In a tough environment we have performed well in both SME and corporate, even though the overall market was down,' Dowd said.

O2 successfully delivered in the public sector and health sector - where the company doubled business, Dowd said.

The operator said its Joined Up proposition had exceeded its expectations, while 85% of its SME sales were both fixed and landline.

O2's Approved programme achieved 28% growth during the period, Dowd said,
maintaining 1% churn.

He added: 'There is still growth in email and apps, and in sub sectors such as education. Local authorities have also been a focus area, with one to be announced in April.'
