3 MVNO enabler aql partners with Data Select

MVNO enabler aql has started working with Data Select in a fulfilment partnership for MVNOs launched through the company.

Aql recently partnered with 3 to launch its services as an MVNO enabler.

Companies and parties interested in launching their own MVNOs will be able to get the handsets and hardware such as dongles from Data Select as a result of the partnership.

Aql will be focusing on fixed-line providers looking to move into the mobile market by mobilising their customers by diverting their fixed-line number to mobiles.

Customers will be able to create MVNOs with their own branding through aql.

3 head of MVNO David York said: 3 are actively looking for new MVNO channels and aql is building up a one stop fulfilment solution for specialist business comms providers.

Aql MD Adam Beaumont said: 'It's an exciting time for us, we're actively creating a new market for the fixed-line operators and providing innovative services, such as call recording, landline numbers and centrex, on a mobile platform that are available to resellers and partners under their own brand.'
