Orange has overhauled its consumer pay monthly tariffs in a bid to give customers more access to multimedia services and make the most out handsets.
The operator has added unlimited internet to the Dolphin and Panther tariffs, with a range of multimedia services included.
The changes, which will take effect on 1 April, are part of a strategy to offer customers a range of different price points.
Orange has also re-introduced its Canary tariff, previously only available on prepay, on pay-monthly.
Meanwhile, the operator is offering one month trials to Orange game zone, Orange sat nav, Sky news and sports or photo messaging. If customers decide they want to continue with the service, they will be charged 5 a month after the trial for each of the services. Orange director of pay monthly, Neil Macgeorge said:
'We want our customers to be able to make the most out of the latest mobile
phones and all that they have to offer. These revitalised packages offer
exciting multimedia services such as mobile internet, email and sat nav with
Orange Maps, all at great value for money.
also believe that in giving all new and upgrading pay monthly customers a month
long free trial of one of our entertaining mobile services, those who have yet
to experience such services will see why so many others find them indispensible.'
The Panther tariff will be available on pay monthly from 30 a month and comes with unlimited texts, unlimited internet, unlimited email plus sat nav with Orange Maps, and 50 photo messages every month.
The Dolphin tariff will be sold from 20 with mobile internet, unlimited texts and e-mail included.
