O2 Media bolsters team
O2's advertising division, O2 Media, has bolstered its team with the appointment of former AOL client services chief, Monica Maltby, as head of client services.
Shaun Gregory, managing director of O2 Media said: 'We set out a very clear vision for O2 Media: to be the market leading personalised media business, helping customers build mutually beneficial relationships with brands. To do this we need the very best teams in place to make that vision a reality. As an addition to our current team of 30, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Monica Maltby as head of client solutions for O2 Media.'
He added: 'Monica has a very important remit for O2 Media. Our strategy is based on true personalisation and a great customer experience. However, we are equally committed to offering our brands and advertisers a best in market experience when dealing with O2 Media. Monica will spearhead that drive and ensure that we build a reputation for both speed and accountability within the advertising market. We intend to re-write the rules within O2 Media and set a new benchmark for mobile advertising and beyond.'
