Fujitsu and Toshiba merge mobile phone divisions
Toshiba have sealed a deal to merge their mobile phone businesses.
sees Toshiba transfer its mobile phone business to a new company to be
established at the beginning of October this year. Fujitsu will acquire a
majority of the shares in the company.
