Vodafone starts reward scheme through sponsorships
Vodafone has announced a reward scheme for its customers offering access to events through new sponsorship deals.
The operator has signed sponsorship deals with London Fashion Week, several music festivals and Formula One.
Offers open to Vodafone customers include 48 hour advanced access to tickets for London Fashion Week.
Customers will also have the opportunity to win tickets to music festivals including Leeds, Reading, Wireless and T in the Park. The competitions will allow Vodafone customers to buy tickets 48 hours in advance when booking starts for festivals in 2011.
Vodafone will also continue its Formula One relationship by offering customers a chance to win a tour of the McLaren Technology Centre, the headquarters of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team.
Tickets will also be available for Silverstone in July, where Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton will race in the British Grand Prix.
Vodafone CEO, Guy Laurence, said: ‘We’re giving all our customers the chance to be at some of Britain’s best events in fashion, festivals and Formula One. We wanted a simple rewards scheme for all our customers that was much more than music and much wider than just London based events.’
