Leicester based dealer Scancom has secured a deal with the Technology Association Channel (TCA) to be the organisation’s BlackBerry and mobile broadband fulfilment partner.
Members of the TCA, an IT channel trade body, will have access to Scancom’s call centre for sales and support.
Scancom is currently an Orange federated partner and BlackBerry elite alliance member.
TCA CEO Adam Harris said: ‘Working with Scancom.co.uk
to provide our members with specific mobile broadband and BlackBerry portfolios was a natural and essential decision.
‘With so much complexity in the market, we know Scancom.co.uk will present the correct products at a special member’s price and at the same time deliver its obligation through first class customer service and support. The technology solutions covered by this agreement are available to all of our members and their staff.’
Scancom MD Chen Kotecha said: ‘It’s an absolute pleasure to be working with the TCA. Scancom.co.uk
drivers are totally aligned with those of the TCA. Providing our services and products to members who are already active in the digital technology area is the most obvious and natural step.’
