Everything Everywhere retail VP sets JV’s retail vision
Everything Everywhere retail set itself ‘the challenge of our lives’, the company’s VP of retail Andrew Coull said in statement to staff this week.
Coull’s statement, which comes after T-Mobile and Orange officially merged on 1 July, describes the company’s first action to bring together its store and area leaders to ‘share the Everything Everywhere story’
The statement from the former T-Mobile retail director, who now has responsibility for the entire retail estate of Everything Everywhere, explains that the new retail team ‘set ourselves the challenge of our lives’.
In the statement available on T-Mobile’s intranet, Coull said: ‘Saying cheerio to my old team and pulling together a new one was always going to bring some sadness along with real excitement.
‘As a brand new team we then set ourselves the challenge of our lives – we were determined that our very first action would be to pull together all of our stores and area leaders and the central support team to share the Everything Everywhere story and retail vision and direction.
‘We had less than 15 days to pull it together – seemingly impossible – but with the great support of our internal comms colleagues and my good friend Nick Mabey – I believe we delivered our goal – it was a great day and I felt so proud to be there with all of our store and field leaders as well as the excellent central teams. It was especially great to watch this new team gel and support each other in ways that would normally only happen after some months, if not years working together.’
