Regenersis scoops LG customer support deal
Repairs company Regenersis has been selected by LG UK to provide a ‘care centre’ for the UK.
The LG dedicated call centre will be based in Regenersis’ Huntingdon facility and will provide customer support for a range of LG products including mobiles.
The ‘care centre’ will have 50 staff providing phone, email and web chat support, and is expected to handle more than 500,000 enquiries a year.
