that is not naushad soogun, clearly looks nothing like him. looks like a complete mess up by shop idol on this one! guys at shop idol please do have a look before uploading as its unfair for the guy to be getting completely slated for something he didnt do. having said that when i 1st watched it i thought it was funny. however on watching it a second time i noticed the times on the video and i could not believe that the poor mystery shopper was in there for 15 mins + an the service he received from that guy was well how do i put it in a nice way. POOR. i think upon watching this i'll now stick to ordering my phones online!
