The Company is in its 19th year of operation with a compliment of 10 staff. One of only 23 Vodafone Platinum Partners nationally, they are also one of the first partners in the UK to launch the new Vodafone One Net proposition, which is expected to lead to significant growth over the next 3-5 years.
Our client now wishes wishes to expand its presence in the SME marketplace across London and in particular the City of London, re-enforcing its position as Vodafone’s Main Business Partner in the region. Key product areas are: Mobile, Fixed Line and Data.
Key milestones have been identified over the next 18 months. Working closely with the board/management team, the successful candidate will expand the team to hit these milestone targets, predominantly by winning new customers from other networks and deeply harvesting existing accounts for business other than mobiles. You will have full autonomy for delivery against targets which will include contributing personal sales from key accounts. They will also have budgetary responsibility for the department. Moving forward the successful candidate will be expected to oversee training for their team, ensure compliance with Vodafone Quality Assurance standards and take responsibility for overall Customer Service standards in liaison with the internal Customer Service Manager.
£50-£60k p.a. + bonus/commission OTE £150k
