Call Centre and Regional Support Manager

This key position will see you manage your time between call centre/events programmes and supporting the National Field Manager with team management and driving sell out within your region. Your role will be fundamental in developing call centre sales in your region, through building productive relationships with key decision makers enabling us to achieve our objectives. You will motivate, train and engage call centre management and teams with the Motorola brand and handset range driving proactive relationships at all levels. Your objectives include maximising sales and profit, planning a programme of activity to drive sell out, designing and delivering workshops, roadshows and sales days for staff. Previous mobile phone or retailer experience is required.
Benefits include: Bonus – up to 10% (performance based), company car, phone/laptop (or equivalent).
