This key position will see you split your time between being the lead in product expertise and a key geographical area, reporting to the National Field Manager. You will be the link between brand and sales teams, producing key selling argument and tools in order to maximise Motorola sales. You will be required to plan and deliver product training for the field team, as well as other groups and 1-2-1 sessions. Your experience and creative skills will support the production of relevant sales and marketing materials. You will be an expert in what is happening in the market and our competitor’s insight and product understanding, enabling strong product knowledge and use of insight to gain competitive advantage for Motorola products. To develop outlets on your territory, building productive relationships with key decision makers enabling achievement of objectives. To motivate, train and engage in-store colleagues on the Motorola brand and handset range to secure positive recommendation of our range in-store.
