O2 Guru for Business - Mobile Phone Technician - Field Based

This exciting and newly created role will work as part of a customer facing team supporting the Retail Business sales team. Your duties will include helping consumers solve technical issues, technical support, trouble shooting and repairing handsets where applicable.
This will be a field based role visiting Business clients for help set up their phones, advice on any technical issues etc. You will be provided with a fully expensed o2 branded vehicle and will therefore require a full UK driving license.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills. You must be very well presented, professional, with great conduct and punctuality. You will need to be able to establish strong rapport and trust with customers from the outset.
You will need to have at least 1-2 years experience within a customer service based role either retail or technical support.
You must have a thorough understanding of mobile handsets and be very familiar with Symbian, Windows Mobile and/or Android software. Windows Mobile & Blackberry Certification preferred but not essential (Additional training on diagnosis and troubleshooting skills will be provided).
