Business Development Executive/Unified Communications Sales Professional is required by our client, one of the UK's leading Mobile, Voice & Data Solution Specialists and a leading platinum partner of Vodafone.
Our client are seeking a proactive, energetic and inquisitive sales professional to provide a quality customer experience through their consultative sales approach and on-going support of our One Net hosted IP telephony solution and Office 365 proposition.
As a senior member of the team, you will be working as an ambassador of our client. You will need to live and breathe our clients sales approach and embrace a full and excellent portfolio of products, services and solutions. A good knowledge of converged communication solutions would be advantageous however is not vital as full training will be provided.
What is essential is that you are a consultative sales professional and experienced in selling complex solutions.
The role of UC Sales professional is to drive the sales of our UC portfolio to the new and existing SME market base. There are multiple verticals in which our solutions fit, so working in an alternative to a telecoms background can be advantageous. You will work on new business opportunities created by yourself and in house tele marketing operations. You will also work with our Telephone account managers driving sales of our unique Unified Communications offering to an existing base of mobile only customers.
Work with our existing account managers to become the IT and Telecoms consultant of choice, Constantly assisting in improving sales process from first customer call to customer order, Go out to customer site to present and qualify detailed propositions, Take ownership of a customer’s Telecoms and IT strategy and act upon it, Collate current customer’s infrastructure information and qualify all opportunities, Report on information accordingly and share,
Building market intelligence on Unified Communications activity in the market space, Keeping internal and external customers informed of developments and ensuring that all communications are constructive and positive, Prepare designs, strategy documents, proposals and presentations in a timely and concise manner, Prepare commercial offering and bespoke ROI’s for a customer’s requirements,
Minimum 3 years – complex solution sales experience, Excellent communication written spoken and listening skills, A polite, confident and friendly manner, A high achiever, Proven track record and evidence of success in current role, To enjoy working with customers and building relationships, A positive attitude, Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail, Experience of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Experience of the telecoms industry.
