Our client are a market leader providing complete communication solutions to both Corporate and SME Businesses. They have been trading for over 25 years and have a group turnover in excess of 50 million per annum which with their ambitious growth plans is increasing year on year.
You will be responsible for contacting new customers over the telephone and to win mobile business as well as up selling additional products and services of our client. You will work to a set target generating new mobile connections.
You responsibilities will include: ensuring customers receive a professional introduction to Account Management, Understand the customer business and strategy in order to add value to the relationship, Meet agreed financial targets & KPI's, Proactively seek opportunities, Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as the escalation point, managing concerns and keeping accurate data on CRM.
Essential Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills with good clear telephone manner, Presentable, articulate with a friendly outgoing personality and will be experience with working to targets, A good team player with a flexible approach, Highly competitive with a strong desire to win, Can show advantage knowledge in prospecting, qualifying, forecasting, negotiation skills, objection handling, selling against competitors and closing sales, Good time management, highly accurate with excellent attention to detail and PC literate.
