Our client are a market leader providing complete communication solutions to both Corporate and SME Businesses. They have been trading for over 25 years and have a group turnover in excess of 50 million per annum which with their ambitious growth plans is increasing year on year. Due to expansion, we have created a new role within the organisation for an experienced Manager to oversee both the corporate and office based Account Managers.
Working from Head Office in West Midlands and reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for achieving business objectives through the successful leadership of your team. The Account Managers objectives are to retain and develop accounts through the introduction of multiple products into their customer portfolio, whilst meeting and exceeding aggressive churn and customer satisfaction targets. An integral part of your role will be to accompany Account Managers on customer visits, to assist with personal development and to maintain and strengthen good customer relations.
You will be collating and preparing a variety of sales reports, as well as ensuring all targets and KPIs are achieved by your team. To be considered for this challenging but highly rewarding role, you must be an experienced and confident Sales Manager with a demonstrable track record of managing a successful team. It is essential that you have gained at least two years experience within the mobile industry. Knowledge of the fixed line industry would be advantageous.
